Susan Diane Couch is a business coach who has a great deal of experience working with people in various industries and settings.  She comes with a Masters Degree and worked in the counseling field for sixteen years - both as a therapist as well as a manager of several clinics.  She went on to work for a company that was utilizing Venture Capital monies to help clinics become more financially viable.  From here she decided to join the ranks of business consultants working with systems integration.  She worked as a sales person and a project manager within this field.  Susan went on to blend her knowledge base of counseling and business to provide Executive Coaching to those in management positions.  She has a great deal of insight into organizational development and personal development issues and has assisted many managers become more productive people both within the work setting and the home setting.
